Model: Archer C2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Yea so randomly like 6 hours ago the internet started to fail to install stuff and play like steam games that kind. But only the browser worked? I trouble shooted the issue and it said the computer was configured correctly but DNS wasn't responding. I tried fixes for my device but didn't work. I tried many of the fixes. And I'm feeling that its something to do with the router.

@Dk4Q

Hello,

Is the model number of the TP-Link router is Archer C2? If yes, please help check below:

1. Who is your ISP and what kind of modem are you using? Is it a cable modem or DSL modem? With the modem connected to the blue/WAN port of C2, what about the internet LED? Is it green or orange?

2. If it is green, please log into the web page (Advanced-Status page) to check whether it obtains the IP address from the modem.

3. If IP address and DNS are there but you still cannot download or play games, please connect your computer to the modem directly and check the IP address, default gateway, and DNS, show us a screenshot of the status-details page:
https://www.tp-link.com/faq-838.html

4. Then please reconnect to the C2 by WIRED CABLE and log into the web page again and go to advanced-network-internet page to clone the mac address.
Note: Please clone the computer's mac address.

Any updates, please keep me posted.
