Model: M7200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.13 Build 180731 Rel.1156n

Hello,

I have enabled the Setting of Power Saver as per below screen shot. https://imge.to/i/PZOEA2

This is my router details as per screenshot - https://imge.to/i/PZOFaA

My Problem is that I cannot turn the device back on after the power saver turns the device off.

the device only shows battery and world light, and not the wifi light.

I have to remove the battery and turn the device on.

Please advice regarding this problem.

@m7200-device

Hello,

You can try to upgrade the firmware of the M7200 to the latest version, then check if the issue can be solved.

Here is an instruction you can refer to upgrade the firmware of the M7200:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/760

If you press the power button after the power saver turns the device off, did the M7200 will recover the Internet?

For the wifi light is off, please know that if there are no devices connected to the Mobile Wi-Fi for the time you're specified, the Wi-Fi will be disabled automatically.

May it help and have a nice day!
