Only 200mb Wifi Speed on 1gb line with Deco M4
Hi,
I have a 1gig fibre line.
Testing the line via my laptop, straight to the service providers box on the wall give me over 500mb/s however, as soon as I plug in my Deco M4, I get a max wifi speed of 196mb/s.
I'm under the impression the MR should give up to 1200mb/s.
What could be the issue?
Also, all my switches are gigabit switches...but cannot even over wired devices get more than 200mb/s.

i have a fibe libe 400/200 and only via wifi i can obtain 250/150 in spite of via cable i can get the full 400/200, worse is that i step just in front of the deco and via wifi i cant ger the 400.

These are maximum theoretical speeds you could get from Deco M4:
5 GHz: 867 Mbps (802.11ac)
2.4 GHz: 300 Mbps (802.11n)
240-250 is really good for device on WiFi 2.4GHz, but 5GHz device can do better. Turn off 2.4GHz in WiFi Settings in Deco app, for Main Network and for Guest Network (if Guest Network is enabled). See if your WiFi device can connect to 5GHz and if it'll get better speed.
