You mean that the modem router drops internet every 20 minutes, right?

If the issue happens on both the wireless connection and wired connection?

If so, could you please kindly provide us with the following information first? 

1) May I know the lights status on the router when the issue happens?

2) May I know if it is DSL line connected to the modem router?
3) How many end-devices like our PC, laptop or mobile phone are connected to the TP-Link? Do they drop at the same time? 
What are they and what are the operating systems of these end-devices? 
Are there any heavy traffic applications when the network drops, such as downloading videos or playing games?
4) May I know who is your Internet Service Provider? 

By the way, may I know when you purchased this device and when the issue started?
