No one can help? I always thought that model tplink had the best hardware, but now I realized that I was wrong and I completely regret my purchase. My modem model version:
td-w8961n(Eu) v4

Hi, when the issue happens, DSL light on the modem router is still solid on, right? and all the client devices including wired and wireless connection will lose internet, right?

If so, please send us whole screenshot of Status->Device Info page after the issue happens, along with the complete log file.

In addition, who is your ISP please? and how do you usually get internet again after the issue happens?

  @Sunshine

Thank you for taking the time to answer. Regarding the first and second questions you asked, it is exactly the same thing that you said, the lights on the modem stay on and all the systems that use Wi-Fi are disconnected. The ISP I use is Iran Telecom (adsl.tci.ir) and unfortunately I don't have my modem at the moment and I gave it to one of my friends to test with another ISP, my friend's modem is ZyXEL DEL1201-T10A brand I received and during this period this modem has not had any outages on the ISP of Iran Telecom.
