I logged into the Cloud account, but when I open Homecare Antivirus, all I see is the download the Tether app screen.

How canI activate the HomeCare on the AX50?

Hello, the Homecare feature can only be enabled or activated via the Tether app, so please download and install the Tether app on your phone first and check if you can activate it.

 

BTW, please ensure your AX50 is running the latest firmware.

In HomeCare Tether app 

I see antivirus, parental control and Qos.

on antivirus I see 4 days. what does that mean?

how can I see when it is activated or how long the license works?

 

there are only 3 things to set on of off. is that all?

no further monitoring or tweaking possible?

Hi, 4 days means you enabled the Antivirus for 4 days up to now. And the Homecare is currently free for you.

 

Yes, the Homecare feature includes: Parental Controls, Antivirus, and QoS.
