hello I have tp-link router model td-w8951nd it worked correctly but now the ADSL light and internet light do not turn on  i check lines they did not have any problems after that i connect another tp link router and that one work correctly and both ADSL and internet light turn on without any problem 

i found errors in the system log of my router and they were 3000 and 3001 error my modem sometimes work correctly but after few minutes the ADSL and internet light goes off 

my modem has problem or my isp ????

if my router has a problem tell how can I fix it????

my router while turning on has a buzzing noise too

my router is not td-w8961n because i can not find my router model i select that my router is tp-link router model TD-W8951ND
