I got this new extender today and not connecting to the internet
Hello, please refer to the below troubleshooting to check some basic settings on the range extender:
Has connected to TP-Link extender but no internet, what can I do?
BTW, what is the model number of your main router? Please check and ensure there is no special settings blocking the extender to connect.
