Extender not Connecting to WiFi

Firmware Version:

I have the AV600 Powerline WiFi Kit.

The Extender will not connect to WiFi.

The Adaptor is confirming the Ethernet cable with a glowing light.

I have gone through troubleshooting steps without success.

Suggestions please?

Hi,

Do you mean your devices, like smartphone or computer, will not connect to the Wi-Fi of the AV600 Powerline extender?

Or do you have another wireless range extender device that you want to connect to the AV600 Powerline's Wi-Fi?

What is the model number of your AV600 Powerline WiFi Kit?
