Hi, I like this router because support sim card into hotspot but I had a problem. Since I'm using it for gaming and my sister always connected my wifi for watch youtube, can I reduce her bandwidth speed?

I have watch some videos on youtube and tplink website where you can set limit bandwidth speed for specific ip address but I don't find any "BANDWIDTH CONTROL" on the tplink

Sorry that the MR200 V3 doesn't support bandwidth control feature but it supports QoS, you may check if QoS will match your requirement:
