Archer VR600 ver 1.0 don't get internet access

Hi,
I have archer vr600 ver 1.0
When i connect it to the internet and torn it on i don't get an access to the internet
I tryed with another one els it work.
Can you pleas help me?

Hi, for your issue, we would like to confirm the below information first.
May I know which line is connected to the router VR600? It is telephone line or Ethernet cable?
May I know who is your Internet Service Provider?
When you connect the VR600 to the internet, can you help check the lights' status on the router?
Then, you change another router to connect the internet, you can get internet access, right?
May I know when and where you bought the router?

- Both the telephone line and the Ethernet cable are connected to the VR600 modem
- Partner is my internet provider
- All the bulbs work in the VR600 modem except the bulb of the Internet
- And as soon as I switch to another modem (the same VR600 modem) it works fine
- I bought the VR600 modem six months ago but the store I bought from was closed
