Model: Deco P9
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20200513 Rel. 52023

Hi,

my decos are frequently disconnecting, attached find the logs from one such occurence. When it happens the deco that disconnected starts blinking red, clients connected to that deco do not reconnect to another deco and network access is therefore impeded. Unplugging the deco or waiting for a minute or two is what resolves the issue most often. Sometimes both slaves disconnect, sometimes just one.

This log is from a disconnect that i logged using a periodic ping to an external server from ~12:17:25 to ~12:20:18

I cannot change my main deco since i only have one ISP entry point in my house and the main deco function as far as i can tell requires the main deco to have an ethernet cable plugged in with the internet connection.

With the recent firmware upgrade i can see my P9 decos sometimes connected to one another using wireless, sometimes PLC, sometimes both.

It would be great if the deco that detects errors stopped its wifi so that my clients immediately reconnect to another one but that doesn't seem to be an option in the software. I am also unable to say what the problem is - if its the wifi backaul or the PLC backhaul, since i can't disable all wireless options, one needs to stay open according to the software.

My deco network is set from 3 Deco P9 units on the same floor.

Please help, i'm willing to help you with debugging this.
