AX11000 Cannot connect to internet - ISP is Singtel
Just got the AX11000. I've followed all the steps and cannot seem to get internet connectivity. I've tried several times to no avail.
I am using Singtel as my internet provider in Singapore.
I want to replace the router provided by Singtel.
Everything seems to work fine but it just cannot connect to the internet.
When I reconnect the Singtel router everything works fine.
Would appreciate any help at all.

Hi all,
I am able to connect the AX11000 router to Singtel ONT.
Set up as per normal, choose dynamic IP and leave the rest of the setting as it is.
Then at the Advanced setting, choose IPTV/VLAN, enabled IPTV/VLAN and change the mode to "Singapore-Singtel"
After saving those changes, the router can be connected to the ONT.
Hope this help.

Do you have any solution yet?
It frustrate me as well that there is lacking of information on how to connect to local ISP, considering the cost of the modem is not cheap as well.

Hi there,
Sorry for the late reply. It turns out that we cannot use the AX11000 in place of the Singtel provided router. I use the Singtel router and then connect it to the AX11000 (I know... this really defeats the purpose of getting the AX11000).
Other internet providers allow you to replace their router but for some reason Singtel does not.
I did have a Singtel technician come down and try as well and that is when I found out about this policy.
There could be a way to bypass the Singtel router but I am not familiar with how.
Due to this reason I almost switched my internet provider to another company like ViewQuest - but due to billing and being bundled etc. decided against it.
If you have any updates on this it would be great as well.
