Wifi router Ax20 slow
Just bought the AX20 wifi6 router and it did not perform to my expectations. Speeds are the same as using an AC wifi router. Seems like I got cheated that it's a wifi6 certified router. And why don't you have the model in the model selection tab? Is it because you're hiding this problem?

Sorry, the AX20 is newly released and we haven't synchronized to this forum yet, we will soon update it.
For the speed issue, do you use a Wi-Fi 6 equipped adapter with this router? May I know how did you test the speed? As you can see this router should work with a Wi-Fi 6 adapter then you may achieve the Wi-Fi 6 speed.

Hi
My computer is equipped with an intel ax200 wifi card. My firmwares are always up to date. Speed of the router is tested with both FAST and Speedtest. They both show the same results below 500mbps on the 5GHz bandwidth. And I am subscribed to a 1 Gbps IP.

Thanks for providing more details.
The AX20 router is equipped with Wi-Fi 6 technology, the 2.4G wireless link speed will be improved to 574Mbps and the 5G wireless link speed will be 1201Mbps. However, the actual Wi-Fi speed will differ from the link speed, which will be approximately 60% of the link speed, in other words, actual Wi-Fi speed=Wi-Fi link speed x 60%, for more details please refer to Theoretical wireless rate and actual wireless rate.
Upon this point, it seems that 5G wireless speed you got on your laptop is not that bad, but you may still try to change the 5G channel and channel width to some others and try to find a better one.

But these are the same results before when I was using a wifi5 router. Then what's the point of even upgrading to this router? All channels are the same outcome.

Hmm .. This is a very cool router. Recently, I bought myself the same, but I had no problems with it. This model works at maximum speeds and perfectly shows itself at high load. If you use a global network, then your provider may have problems, if you use a local network, then there may be problems in setting it up.

@PhilLL I also use the AX20 in an office where the broadband line is 800mbps. I've done a speedtest using my iPhone 12 via wifi (5 Ghz) and here are the results:
I've no issues with the performance of the AX20. Although mine is hardware version 1.2
