Firmware Version: Latest one

I have been loving the new WiFi extender but I keep getting an annoying issue.

my connection will be fine and can run online games perfectly.

But normally when I start to download a game it will just disconnect and I will have to restart the extender again. This always happens only when I download a big game.

I updated it to the latest firmware aswell but also didn't help :/

I have the RE305

Any help is much appreciated

Please help to confirm the following information: 1. What's the hardware and firmware version of your RE305? 2. Your game device is connected to RE305 via cable or wireless? Try 5G wifi.

@Kevin_Z I've checked and I seem to be on the latest version. It's connected via ethernet and when I contacted support they said that it could be my WiFi that's causing the disconnecting. But this only started happeneing when I got this booster.

@Kevin_Z I stopped it but the only way to fix it is to be on the 2.4ghz network which is a bit dissapointing. It seems to be the 5ghz that nis causing the issue
