Archer MR600(EU) V1 - BETA Firmware - Allowing selection of 4G+bands for Archer MR600 manually
Hi all,
Following the long thread on the same subject discssing the BETA FW, as I said I would, TPLink have given me permission to share the FW download llink.
From TPLink - We recently released a beta firmware for Archer MR600(EU) V1 which can allow us to select 4G+bands for Archer MR600 manually.
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202004/20200420/Archer_MR600v1_1.1.0_0.9.1_[200417-rel75138]_up_boot_2020-04-20_08.44.31.zip
For Archer MR600, if you want to use its 4G+network, your SIM card should support the CA bands group Archer MR400 supports. Please check the attached picture and check if your SIM card supports the band groups on the list or not.
They asked me to state that, this BETA FW is for the Archer MR600(EU) V1 ONLY!
Neither TPLink nor me take any respnsbility if you flash a none-EU router.

@Berserk76 Hi, do you have any information about the version you are posting ? (Archer_MR600v1_1.1.0_0.9.1_[201204-rel66940]_up_boot_2020-12-04_19.05.35.zip). It looks like a new beta from just a few days ago... does it allow for band selection ? If yes, I will test it and tell you if I am experiencing reboot problems... do you know of other changes that may be incorporated vs. previous beta ?

This Is the first beta firmware I use, so I can't tell you the differences with previous ones
It allows band selection and speed is great, bur I'm having that annoying side effect

already did the factory reset but everything remains the same ....
may it have to do with the ISP list not being updated?
already tried to update but always gives error 71212

Do you mean you enabled the Auto-reboot Schedule on the MR600, while it doesn't take effect at the scheduled time? Ensure the router Time Settings are correct, you may try with another NTP server.
Try to reset the router to factory defaults by pressing the reset button on the MR600 until the lights flash off then on, reconfigure it from scratch to confirm again.

I did these steps:
1) reset to factory
2) reconfigure all parameters
reboot failed
So I disconnected power, waited 15s and powered on
3) reflashed the same beta firmware (last 201204)
Then I tried about 10 reboot and everything went fine
Thanks
