TL-WR941HP latest firmware doesnt work as Repeater

Model: TL-WR941HP

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: TL-WR941HP(UN)_V2_191125

With latest firmware version (TL-WR941HP(UN)_V2_191125) my router doesn't work as Repeater.

Repeater LED is always blinking and it doesn't receive wifi signal.

Does this happen to someone else?
