I have a router which was working properly , but due to some situations i didn't use it for a long long time ,

and i decided today to reuse it but the problem is that it keeps rebooting and sometimes resetting to factory default . I mean that i can't use it because it keeps restarting continuously without stopping .

any solutions ?

Hi, is there any specific symptom of the auto-reboot/reset issue? like the led status. 

 

Please ensure that you use the original power adapter. And you can hard reset it manually by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with it powered on.

 

Besides, when did you buy this TD-W8961N?
