Not able to Connect MR-3020 using LAN cable

I am trying to connect MR-3020 with ethernet LAN cable, I followed all the processes mentioned on manual and different internet resources but ultimately it does not connect the internet.
I am literally frustrated and thinking of returning it.
Please someone guide me to setup it correctly using LAN cable.

Hi, do you want to connect the TL-MR3020 to a modem by wired cable to boost the signal? If so, you can configure it as a wireless router. Below is the instruction to configure it.
