Hi All,

I bought a new Wireless N Router TLWR940N. I started to set up and configure it. At first I connected power cable and ethernet cable to the internet port of the router. Then I open my laptop and browse the webpage tplinkwifi.net by putting 192.168.0.1 address. Then after logged in by putting user name and password admin I tried quick setup and it finished. But after doing all these steps still my laptop wifi is not connected and I am unable to browse any webpage. Similarly, I have tried to connect the wifi on mobile but there also it says no internet. I am pished off with the situtaion. Please help me regarding this. Thanks in advance for helping.

@DavidAslam

What is the current led status of the TL-WR940N?

Please ensure that the configuration parameters given by ISP are correct, including internet connection type, username and password.

Please tell us the current internet IP address/WAN IP address of TL-WR940N.

Besides, you can connect the computer to the modem directly by wired cable, bypass the TL-WR940N, and test whether you can access internet.
