Please double confirm if your model supports WIFI function.
How to find the model number of your TP-Link device. After you find the model number, you can check its specifications on our official website.
If it supports WIFI function and you still cannot see the WIFI in your WIFI list, please try following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the Wi-Fi lights are on, indicating that the Wi-Fi function is enabled. If not, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for at least 5 seconds to turn on the wireless function.
2. Verify if you have copied the same Wi-Fi settings from your router. If you have, it's normal for the powerline extender to share the same Wi-Fi name and password, resulting in no separate Wi-Fi networks.
