Model: Archer VR600v  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.0.0.9.1 v0078.0 Build 170814 Rel. 66346n

I have placed my RSP Voip settings as supplied by Spintel into this router and the router does not acknowledge the settings. It displays an X in the phone field. Is there something special that needs to be be done with this router? Thanks

Please ensure that the configuration parameters are correct. You can confirm them with ISP. 

 

Can you access internet from the Archer VR600v right now? 

 

You can show us the screenshots of the VOIP settings page as well.

I managed to connect my VR1600v to Spintel VOIP. It wouldn't work at first when I tried using the SpinTel Voip preselect as the Telephony provider setting.I had to use the selection 'Other' for Telephony provider where it let me enter more of the details specified by the SpinTel Voip setup knowledge base (refer screenshot below).
