Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hello,

 

I am interested in the VR600v (modem/router/voip) and wondering how many specific numbers can you add to the incoming call block list?

I read somewhere it was only 10 numbers? Is this correct? Perhaps it has changed with an update?

 

I am in Australia so it will be v2 with Australian firmware.

Generally speaking, 10 entries can meet the normal demand of customers; while we have noted it and will forward to our product engineer to evaluate the feasibility to enlarge it.

We tested and found that 10 incoming call blocking entries can be added.

Thanks for the answer.

 

Unfortunately only being able to block 10 incoming numbers is very limited.

 

It seems unnecessary to even have a limit, especially such a small amount.

 

It also seems a bit misleading to advertise this feature without specifying this limitation.

@NBN2020 we just bought an Archer VR1200v Tp Link modem, we were pleased to find that it has call blocking, but even for us 10 are few.

We have a spam number book of at least 60 numbers that is always growing. 100 numbers would be welcome.


I am stepping stone hoping for a solution
