Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190412 Rel.66770n

Hello,

For 3 days now, my wifi 2.4 has not worked.

It started 2 weeks ago when I had to restart the MR600 for the 2.4 to work again, but for 2 days, it has not worked. I tried a factory reset but it did not work.

WiFi 5Hz is working well with zero problem.

2.4Hz is ON in parameters section but stay completely invisible to all my devices ... 3 cameras, connected switches, Home cinema amplifier, Xiaomi vacuum cleaner, Google home mini and 2 OnePlus phones.

can someone help me?

Thank you.

Regards,

Séb

@Gazouille

Hello, what's the light status on the router? Is the wifi LED on? After the factory reset, can you see the 2.4G default wifi signal?

You can try to change the network name and channel on the router.

Good day.

@Stella.Q

Hello,

Thanks for the answers.

Before and after the factory reset, the Wifi lights are on.
The channels are left in auto (it has always worked this way).

The channel name is left by default (but I'll try to change it).

On 2.4G and 5.0G compatible devices, only the 5.0 network is visible.
On 2.4G compatible devices only... I can't see anything!

The router was configured since October 2019 and worked perfectly in 2.4G and 5.0G.
As by performing a factory reset, I don't solve my problem, I think it's an electronic failure on the 2.4G part rather than a parameter setting problem.

Your opinion ?

@Gazouille

Hello, try to customize the wireless settings of 2.4GHz, including wireless channel and channel width.

You can use channel 1, 6 or 11, and change channel width to 20MHz.

May it help.

@Kevin_Z

Ok, definitely not working.

On 2.4G settings, I've changed the canal, the width and the name and still not visible by any of my deconnected devices 😆

Maybe someone with a new idea ?
