Does the DDns service on the deco M4 currently work for anyone ? I set it up in the app but doesn't seem to work when I try to access it.

Have tried the guides on the support site but same results

What is the current internet IP/WAN IP address of the Deco M4? Please ensure that it is a public one, otherwise, you need open port for it on the front-end device which has the public IP address.

And you can resolve this domain name through nslookup to see if it can resolve the WAN IP of Deco.

Note: Open cmd ping command，type in：nslookup xxx （ the domain name you created）

If it resolves the correct current WAN IP of TP-Link router, it means DDNS is working fine to bind the current WAN IP. Please show us the results as well.
