@Sandeep2007

Hello, what is the current network diagram and the led status of Deco units?

Generally speaking, it will take 1-3 minutes to connect to internet, sometimes it will be longer; may I know how long it took?

Can you get internet from the Deco M4 now? Please ensure that the PPPoE username and password are correct.

Good day.

Still I am waiting for your response what is the problem with this router. The procedure to start this router seems like improvisation. Firstly disconnect both router and modem after that start modem which is already don't have because it's a PPPoE connection. so my question is what's going wrong why is taking too long time to connect.

@Sandeep2007

Have you ever tried to reset and reconfigure them with the PPPoE username and password?

Please provide the information mentioned on my last reply so that we can locate this issue and try to fix it.

Besides, could you please show us a screenshot of the Deco app where you stuck during the quick setup process?
