Model: Archer A2300

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: latest

So i bought this router a few days ago and it seems to be running pretty fast. However, I have THE weirdest problem: everyday at 22.00 the router disconnects from the internet; the wifi and wan just shut down. The next morning when I replug it in the router, the internet works perfectly again.... up until 22.00.

So I've tried a factory reset, and that doesnt help. When I, however, put the router into bridge mode, everything works fine/fast. But as soon as i put it in router mode again I immediately lose my internet connection again. So we can pretty much exclude any faulty cables

I do have the latest firmware installed. Im out of options, other then sending it back.

Thanks for your information.

Considering the Archer A2300 loses network connection regularly, we can do some troubleshooting first.

1. What is the current network diagram? Is there any other wireless router existed?

2. Please connect your computer to the modem/internet source directly when A2300 lost connection after 22:00 and verify whether you can access internet.

3. Please check is there any special settings on the main router, like reboot schedule, access control or so.

4. You mentioned that you tried to switch the A2300 to bridge mode, do you mean access point mode?
