Firmware Version:

I have router MR6400 in a place where temperatures can be around or below 0 degrees Celsius.

From time to time the router stops to work and I need to reset it.

is it possible that cold temperatures is the reason for this problem?

if yes, is there any possibility to solve this issue?

@Egr

Hello, it seems that the consistent cold temperature affects the performance of the TL-MR6400. Below is the related parameters.

Environment Operating Temperature: 0℃~40℃ (32℉ ~104℉)
Storage Temperature: -40℃~70℃ (-40℉ ~158℉)
Operating Humidity: 10%~90% non-condensing
Storage Humidity: 5%~90% non-condensing

Is it possible to locate it somewhere warmer?

Good day.
