Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20170602 Rel. 78300

2-3 months back i bought TP Link WR941HP (UN) v2 router from Amazon India. Recently i faced lot of issues when i was trying to fix my PPPoE Connection issue where it used to get disconnect after every 7-8 hours and have to do a router reboot everytime after that. I was looking through the settings of the router and saw that it was displaying Hardware version as v1 instead of v2 for some reason.  Is it displaying correctly ?  I am also trying to add Tether App to my Router it is compatible as per App information. I tried to use the App and kept on giving me error saying Incorrect Password.

Issue Solved. Old link of Forum didnt work before on same topic was posted. working link found and updated to latest Firmware which is not available in India site and available on indonesia website. Now showing everything perfectly.

Issue Solved. Old link of Forum didnt work before on same topic was posted. working link found and updated to latest Firmware which is not available in India site and available on indonesia website. Now showing everything perfectly.

@Kevin_Z Can you check why TP Link India website does not contain the Firmware Update on Official Site ? I did download but it was Indonesia Website of TP Link. If anyone in future is looking for the same issue atleast they can find the correct Firmware Version on the main website itself instead of coming here.
