Recently im having some trouble with the router. Sometimes internet stops working on wifi and the cables.

 

I am trying to troubleshoot why this happens but i cannot get in the webui even if i plug a cable in my laptop.

 

What would be an alternative way to get the logs. After a restart the internet works again but the logs are cleared so i cannot see what happend.

There is no alternative ways to get the logs. Regarding  to the unstable connection, we can do some troubleshooting first. 

 

1. What is the light status of the Archer C7 when it lost connection? 

2. Please verify whether you can get valid IP address from C7 at that time; instruction is https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/ ; And try to ping the gateway of Archer C7 which is 192.168.0.1 by default and show us the screenshot.

3. At the same time, with your computer connected to the modem directly, can you access internet? 

4. Besides, please follow the instruction below to do some test and tell me which case you belong to.
