For the carrier aggregation, the Archer MR600 supports band3+band40, and band40+band40; compared with the picture attached, except the middle one, which is band3+band40+band40, MR600 supports the other two.
So it can support 4G+ with your SIM card, you can give a call to SIM card carrier to verify whether they can fix to one of the two types supported by MR600.

@tplink in MR600 4g+, the 4G+ light is not ON and I could see only one band (40) in the router console, I am in India and have tried with Airtel and Jio? also no improvement in the speed. Please suggest whats needs to be done.

Same with me as well tried Airtela and Jio . 4g+ light was never on and there is no option to select multiple bands
