Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.19 Build 181219 Rel.59200n

Hi there, I have a new TP Link MR6400 – Sip traffic does not work for my home VPN phone or via soft clients. SIP audio RTP is blocked inbound (people can hear me, I cannot hear them). I have tried to disable SPI, SIP ALG etc… all to no effect. I believe this is a FW bug – please advise if there is a new FW or fix for this.

This worked on this carrier with a Huawei B525 with the same SIM and SIP client so this is a router issue.

@keanebg1

Below is a beta firmware which you can install it and test whether it works.

http://support.tp-link.com/f/f04d6c6d36/?dl=1

If still the same, you can contact the retailer to change another one with newer hardware version, like V3 or V4.

May it help.
