Archer MR600 Random Disconnects
Hi, I bought this 4G modem about a month ago. For about two weeks the modem continues to make continuous disconnections that last a few seconds and then reconnect. Obviously for gaming it is not the best. I await news, thanks.

@Kentthegreet1 Thanks for posting this - I made this change and it seems to have solved the issue for me. I have also shared round your "fix" to many other forum posts which seem to relate to the same issue.

Sadly, I can confirm that this does not work for me.
Also, out of the blue, the loss of (internal) signal is now getting considerably longer. From 15-30 seconds up to a minute before (approx), to now well over 3, 4 and even 5 minutes.
As before, 3G, 4G and 4G+ signals were tested independently and were strong and constant while MR600 dropped the signal entirely
It is really annoying.

Me too, I still have the same problem. I enabled IGMP Snooping in the Advanced tab but it changed nothing. Previously I had switched off the Smart Connect setting and use only the 5GHz wireless band BUT that also did not work out very long.
Has anyone tried another router that really work?? I'm getting fed up with TP-Link...

I'm using the the beta firmware "Archer_MR600v1_1.1.0_0.9.1_[201204-rel66940]" which supports manual selection of Band. It got a little better but did NOT fix the issue of dropping connection.
Have you tried Tenda routers? If so, does it fix this issue permanently?

Not yet since the issue was resolved. However, I am planning to expand my network but no way I'm gonna use tplink again. I am looking at Ubiquiti and Tenda brand.
