Thanks for your reply, sorry to respond late.
Cause we have the similar feedback from you and the original poster (yoyo1204), we would like to offer you a replacement and collect the actual MR600 to do further troubleshooting and help us to locate the issue.
And our RMA office will contact you later to follow up.
Thanks a lot for your cooperation and support.
Good day.

@Kevin_Z Hi I have the exact same issue. My MR600 worked fine (with some random disconnections now and then) for a month or two and then it stopped reading the sim card. Tried all the troubleshooting mentioned before, swapped SiMs, hard reset, and nothing.
What should I do?
Thank you
Ed

Exact same problem here with Archer MR600. Tried with two different SIMs and neither are being detected. Rebooted, reinserted many times, nothing working.

@Kevin_Z Hi, I have the same issue with sim not detected. Purchased the MR600 a week ago, it worked fine and now it will not detect SIM. Yes I have tried different SIM and master reset multiple times. The user interface is working sometimes. I have to do a full reset to connect to the device. It will work for a while and then says - unable to connect make sure device is switched on and connected to the internet. Its a faulty device or the SIM reader is broken internally perhaps.

Good day.
In this way, have you ever checked whether there is any obvious broken part inside the sim card slot?
By the way, did you use the sim card holder and label to fix the sim card?
After that, you might need to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced first.
And May i know where are you located?
Thank you very much.
