@Tompa yes I am tryin to find that feature too. As you say, the app release notes indicate it is there but it isn't. 

@Kevin_Z All firmware is latest versions. The app doesn't specify that it is hardware dependant so shouldn't make any diffreence so long as it already supports sunrise/sunset.  

@Tompa just found this page https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/faq/2702/ which says 

What kind of devices supports Sunset/Sunrise Offset and Fade rate?

Note: you need to wait for the new firmware update to use those two new features, and the new firmware would release within this year in succession. Please pay close attention to the firmware update notification on your Kasa app.

....so they released the app but no firmware to go with it!

Bringing this back from the dead.  I just replaced 4 HS100s with KP200s.  The HS100s had the offset feature but the KP200s do not.  Very frustrating to update to a newer product and lose features.  The link you provided to FAQ 1390 (Q17) said the KP200 should support the offset feature, but here we are 7 months after this thread was started and still nothing.  The FAQ was even updated on 02/2020 and it still says the KP200 should support the feature.  The sole purpose of these plugs in my home is to turn lights on/off and actual sunset time is too dark to wait for lights to turn on.  They are all on Hardware V1 and Firmware 1.0.7.  Kasa app and iOS are up to date.
