Hello I need help ASAP my range extender lights are all soild and I have internet connection and it wont let me do a factory reset need help

Hello, there will be a reset button/hole on the actual device. 

 

To factory reset it, please hold the reset button/hole for 1s with the RE305 powered on. 

 

After that, you need reconfigure it with the main router's wifi password to make it work.
