1. Please try to unplug the phone line and plug it back, and then check the DSL light.
2. If there is a splitter, please remove it and connect the phone line to the DSL port directly.
3. Please reset the VR400 and try again; with the modem router powered on, you can hold the reset button for 10s until all the leds come on momentarily and then you can let it go.
4. Did you contact Forthnet to check the line quality?
5. If possible, we suggest you to use another modem to do a comparison analysis.
Thanks for your reply in advance, and have a great day.

I have already tried all of these procedures.Forthnet told me the line is ok because their router synchronized and have internet access.Only a woman-network administrator from my provider told me that there is a rule in the contract said with other network material there is the posibility not to have access to their services. I live on 3rd,on 1st floor they have cosmote (other provider) ADSL 24mbps and it is connectly great. Also the administrator told me that maybe one to one NAT will be the solution.I'll try and report here. Thanks!!!

Thanks for your updates, glad to hear that you solved it.
Could you please tell more information about the one to one NAT? I assume that it will help people who in need.
Thanks for your reply in advance, and have a nice day.

Do you mean that you want to connect the local devices which have been connected to the router to the VPN server?
May I know why do you want to do so? The OpenVPN make outside devices can access the local resources, while if the devices are local devices already, why do you want to connect to the VPN server?
