Internet with high ping
When I'm playing mobile games like PUBG Mobile, Arena o Valor and CoD Mobile, some times my ping get high, and when I'm using internet in others apps, some times the internet drops, but in PC the internet is normal

How do you connect these devices to the TL-WR840N? By wired cable or wireless?
With the high ping issue happened, please ping the gateway of the TL-WR840N, which is 192.168.0.1 by default; and try to ping the game you play.
Note: Please show us the ping results.
In the meantime, what about the common network activities? Like web browsing?
Try to enable UPnP under Forwarding-UPnP page.
And you can change the DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.

@Kevin_Z The problem is between my phone and router, in PC the internet is OK, but in my phone is not OK, it's like my phone turn off my wifi, but he's still connected, because when this happens, I can't even enter in setting of the router (Sorry if my English is bad)

Do you mean your phone is still connected to the TP-link wifi but no internet access?
Try to forget the network and reconnect your phone to the TP-Link wifi.
And you can change the wireless settings to optimize its performance and you can reserve an IP for your phone on the web UI of the router.
Besides, upgrade the OS version of your phone to the latest one.

@HebertCleiton Having same issue while playing pubg mobile, cod mobile, ping is terrible. Otherwise having a good connection. Can anyone help me?

Hi, I have the exact same model TP-Link TL-WR845N N300 Wifi Router, getting high ping rate on wifi, up until the point of timeout.
Firmware Version:0.9.1 3.16 v0001.0 Build 180319 Rel.67391n
Hardware Version:TL-WR845N v4 00000004
Wireless Devices Connected: 5
4 of the 5 devices are streaming youtube at 240p/360p
Default IP on device being used 192.168.0.1
Dhcp enabled as is from default config
Changes made from their defaults:
