Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 181214 Rel.49556n

Router has a problem with ONEDRIVE

When we use GOOGLE DRIVE or DROPBOX - the router has the same download and upload speed using WIFI or LAN(CABLE)

When we use ONEDRIVE the LAN(Cable) download speed from ONE DRIVE CLOUD to our computers works with 1KB/sec!

Horrible. Upload is fine. When we use WIFI, both directions work fine.

When we try the same at home with a different router, this strange problem never appeared!

There is some communication error between the TL-MR6400 and the ONEDRIVE using LAN we cannot figuer out.

ANY IDEAS??

@inloops

With Onedrive connected to the MR6400 by wired cable, what is the wired negotiation speed of it?

In the meantime, please click here to verify the wired negotiation speed on your computer.

Please show us a picture of the downloading speed page.

Try to change another wired cable to connect the 2 devices to the TL-MR6400, like cat5e or above; or you can change another wired port.

Try to ping the onedrive from your computer with it connected to the router by wired cable and show us a screenshot.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.
