What is the model number of the TP-Link router? There is no Archer VR1210V.
Meanwhile, you can see the DSL info under advanced-status-DSL page. This router does not support this feature to view these info via telnet or ssh.
Besides, please show us a screenshot of the error code; does it affect the actual performance of the main router?
Good day.

I have similar problem of c.dellisanti
Firmware:2.0.0 0.9 v6041.0 Build 190719 Rel.30362n
Hardware:Archer VR1210v v1 00000000
I've download the last zip of the firmware from https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/download/archer-vr1210v/#Firmware and I've follow the setup instructions. But in the page https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/faq/2668/ there is this instruction:
e) Al termine dell'aggiornamento eseguire nuovamente l'accesso, fare clic su Avanzate > Rete > ETH Internet, configurare come segue e fare clic su OK:
In my page Avanzate > Rete > I see only these sub-menu:
- internet
- impostazioni LAN
- Dynamic DNS
- Routing Avanzato
- IPv6 Tunnel
and I don't see the voice ETH Internet, how the page show.
May be the file downloaded from the page https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/download/archer-vr1210v/#Firmware is not updated? It contain a file named Archer_VR1210vv1_0.9.0_2.0.0_UP(190719).bin with date 01 august 2019.
Is it OK?
Or the update procedure of firmware fails?
I need an help form the support.
Thanks, Pierfrancesco

@pierfrancesco Stesso problema anche io. Impossibile configurarlo con FTTH.
Inoltre la risposta di Kevin non lascia ben sperare... "What is the model number of the TP-Link router? There is no Archer VR1210V. " sembra non sappiano neanche dell'esistenza di questo router.

Ciao simobert,
I saw that in the tutorial reported on the page: https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/faq/2668/
there is an image that has reference to VR1200v router,
so I tried to install the VR1200v router firmware, but I get a system error.
We are waiting for a response from TP-LINK support.

@pierfrancesco let's just wait then...
Luckily I can return the product until January the 31st.... I wanted to compare it to a Fritz, hope I'll have a chance!
BTW, the tutorial says:
There shouldn't be any difference between the 3 models...

@pierfrancesco I got an answer from the support team yesterday via email.
"Set the device into Wireless Router and you are good to go", if you do that it changes the Internet section and it allows to put user and password provided by the internet company but my router could not establish a connection even that way.
Moreover, since it was powered up I tried to plug in my 2TB portable HDD to check the NAS capabilities and the router cannot see the harddisk.
The piece of junk is going back to Amazon and I'm keeping my Fritz, which is way better.
Good luck....

Dear Customer,
due to an update of the network configuration it is temporarily not possible to access FTTH lines with VR1210v: the problem will be solved by a firmware update.
We suggest replacement with VR1200v.
Thank you for contacting TP-Link Technical Support, which naturally remains at your complete disposal.
