MR600 - problem seeing received sms messages
I can't see my recieved sms messages in the admininistration interface even though everything else works fine.
I can see that I have recieved messages both on the Basic overview page as well as looking at the number of pages that should be availible in the Advanced->SMS->Inbox page (it displays that there are 2 pages of incoming messages but the list is completely empty). See my attached screenshots.
The Outbox and Drafts pages work fine though and display the correct messages supposed to be there as well as the correct number of pages. Also sending SMS messages from the router to my phone get throgh perfeclty fine.
In the Advanced->System tools->System Log I can see that I really recieve SMS messages. It displays for example: "USER: Receive a new gw sms and save it successfully." It also displays "ERROR: New sms count is 13."
So it seems to be some kind of bug concering just the Inbox page which is quite annoying since I need to see SMS messages to see what my provides tells me about my 4G usage status/tariffs etc.
Please advice.
Best regards,
M

@19DanielCam Didn't spot that. Worked perfectly. Thank you!

Same problem here, been using the beta firmware for a while, until latest official firmware released, now problem is back. Have tp-link suggested when this fix will be included in an official release? Obviously using an old beta isn't ideal when the more recent official firmware has newer fixes.
I'm really just re-highlighting the problem so a proper fix doesn't get forgotten about.
Cheers.

Ditto here. Very frustrating. I was sent firmware upgrade information as a BIN file - by support - but no program i've tried, even one with "BIN" highlighted in its innards .. can open it. At least, it was a link with ".zip" at the end that, when copied and pasted ... was identified as a BIN file. The link was not clickable in the email, hence the copying and pasting.

@newbuilder Result: "Error code: 4503 The uploaded file was not accepted." A web search on that error shows it may mean the firmware i'm trying to upload to the router is a downgrade.
The firmware on my router is 1.2.0. 0.9.1 The firmware "upgrade" that i was emailed is 1.1.0 0.9.1
I bought the router three weeks ago from Currys... which sold me version 1 of the router.

Same issue here for a while now, and no response nor solution from support....
Is it too hard to hire good and competent developers in this firm ????
I'll never buy a tp-link product again, knowing that nothing is done for customers when issue occurs!

I am facing the same problem and sharing in the frustration that I cannot see the SMS messages!
Why can't we at least get a timeframe for fixing this?

@LarsK - Email support.uk@tp-link.com for beta firmware. They will email it to you. It works just fine, believe me. Just never click "Udate" when it's suggested to with a figure 1 set in red, or you'll have to load the beta firmware again.
