Spoke too soon.

The message shows in the Inbox of the SMS Advance feature, but doesn't show in the Basic SMS counter.

I realized the Basic SMS only shows unread messages, not the total amount.

I have now installed the latest Beta firmware, and reset the MR600 device to factory settings, (then renamed the network with a new password and enabled various settings)

The good news is that SMS messages are readable again.

My Mobile broadband provider is 3 network, and they often send SMS messages if they intend to carry out work on our local transmitter, so it's useful to know when this is happening.

I have the same problem:

I see the notification of new messages but I don't see any SMS.
I apply the beta firmware but the problem persist.
This is the error that gives me the browser console:

Hi, did you factory reset the router after the firmware update? If not, please press the reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds until the light change, then reinstall it and test.

Yes i did it.

I also cleared the browser cache, try with another browser and with mobile device.

Nothing works.

If I apply the workaround of @Voxar (message #45) I can see all the SMS.

I have factory reset the router after the firmware update,

First, i send a test sms to my router, its work.

Later, i received a sms (containing chinese word) from my ISP, its work.

Now, i have two new messages in my inbox, but i can't see it, it is blank in "Inbox"

I am disappointed to this product.
