Model: TL-WA850RE
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20190422 Rel. 52057

I bought this wonderful product that is extending and making my WIFI experience a lot better at home.  Wireless is great and so is ethernet.  I'm able to connect a PC with no wifi right into the ethernet jack of this range extender and it works great!

However, in trying to setup my Lexmark X546 printer, it only partially works.

I can:

-ping the printer

-see the printer when I install it from Windows

I cannot:

-web into the IP address of the printer (i.e 192.168.0.201)

-print

Is there some kind of compatibility issue here or do I need to change some settings witth the printer?

Any help would be appreciated.

@maddog22

With printer connected to the computer directly, can you print normally?

What do you mean you cannot web into the IP address of the printer? Like you cannot access the web UI of the printer with its IP address?

If so, is there any error message? Try to disable antivirus and firewall software.

Besides, you can contact the tech support of the printer to get some specific help cause they are more professional about their products.

Good day.
