Model: TD-W9970  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 0.2 v0076.0 Build 170919 Rel.61201n

I Used W8151N version and i dont have any problem on wifi speed drops and when i switch to w9970 wifi speed drops very much i try every thing: Upgrade frimware, reset factory, change channel, change Channel Width, change place of modem ..... but none of them works i actually change modem once to another w9970 and its the same.
is there any way to i fix it??

It is strange that the 2 TD-W9970 have the same issue, we would like to do some troubleshooting and try to fix it.


1. What is the light status of the TD-W9970 when it goes offline?

 

2. With your computer or smart phone connected to it at that time, what is the IP address and default gateway it obtained?

3. Meanwhile, please try to access the web page and take a full snapshot of the status page.

4. How do you make it back to work after it goes offline?

5.I buy old w9970 for 2 or 3 months ago and the new one i get it for a month
