ip in subnet of my router
Hi
my router has network : 192.168.0.X over DHCP.
In that network I have server with ip : 192.168.0.10.
So I bought this tplink powerline to get rid of long cables to my server.
Unfortunately after I paired my set it got some funny ip: 10.23.x.x
Is it possible for device connected over powerline got my original IP address fro mrouters DHCP?
Thanks!

Hey Kevin
It was some problem with my notebook which got static IP somehow.
As soon i switch Ethernet IP to autoconfiguration - TPLINK correctly got ip from upper DHCP server and start working transparently as long cable over many walls.
Thanks Kevin and TPLink
Good job guys

What is the current network topology/diagram? How do you connect these devices together?
The default IP address of TL-PA4010 is 192.168.0.x, once it connected to the main router, the IP address will be assigned by the front-end device which has the DHCP server automatically.
Please verify whether there is another DHCP server exsited, which IP subnet is 10.23.x.x;
Good day.
