HELP! LAN do not work!

Firmware Version: 1.6.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 181022 Rel.40644n

Help! i bought TP LINK MR6400. After a firmware update lan does not work, but wifi is ok. why? how do i do? Help please!!

What is the led status of the MR6400？With your computer or smart phone connected to the wifi network, can you access internet?

With computer connected to the MR6400 by ethernet cable, does the ethernet led come on? Click here to verify its IP and gateway.

You can try to reboot the router or even hard reset it to give it a go.
