Hi,

we have a problem with the MA180

the key recognize the SIM, but the connection don't start, the key try to connect for a few seconds ,but don't go on

the configuration is
APN ibox.tim.it
*99#

I already try the same SIM with another KEY USB HUAWEY E172 with the same configuration and work fine.

I don't understand were is the problem in the KEY MA180 V1.1 and TIM

I already try the same KEY with another Italian operator WIND, and work fine.

there is a firmware update or some suggestion that can solve my problem with TIM

for your reference I try also with the TL-MR3220 V2.0 but the final result is the same

I try to contact the TP-LINK ITALIA S.R.L. +39 0230519020 but no one reply at the phone in the latest 3 days
