TP-Link TL-MR6400 4G go to sleep??
Hi!
My problem is that the TP-Link TL-MR6400 4G router needs to be restarted every morning to have a net on it. There are 3 other routers with the same configuration but only 1 device is affected!
What is the problem???
Attached image of the router when there is no net and when there is!

From the pictures attached, there is no difference on the led status.
It seems that this unit has unstable connection and need restart to make it work every morning.
We can do some troubleshooting and try to fix it:
1. With your computer connected to the MR6400 when it stops working, please click here to get the IP address and gateway.
2. Then please login to the web UI of the MR6400 and take a picture of the status page.
3. Besides, please go to advanced-system tools-system log page, click save log and send the txt file to us.
You can create a profile manually for the MR6400 to check the stability.
Note: Go to advanced-network-internet page, click "create profile" to do that.
Any updates, please let us know.

is there any solution for this Post? I have same issue with MR6400 works all day but morning when I get up and look on internet it show signal as it is connected to Wifi, but no loading webpages, no internet. Once I reboot router it works perfectly again. I do not fancy rebooting router every day, or not really fun to set up automatic reboot during every night.
When was there last Firmware upgrade? It shows me it is up to date. I bought it only last week and on TP link webpage seems last update was back in 2015 if I am not mistaken so I should have latest firmware I believe.

Hi, thanks for your patience.
May I know the hardware and firmware version of TL-MR6400?
How long have you had the device and when did this issue start?
Are you still able to detect the 6400 on the APP but failed to log In, or there is no local device at all? would there be any error message?
Have you tried to set up a reboot schedule on the modem to have a look?
Thank you very much.

@Sunshine hello, curently I am not able to validate firmware as I am not at that location but I purchased device 1 month ago and there is manufacturer firmware as this was first thing I checked at TP-link webpage to update to newest Firmware. There seems to be no new firmware, last was i think in 2016 and that was the only one released to my knowledge. So believe my device has this firmware loaded but I can validate later on. I setup automatic reboot at 5am everyday so once I get up at 6am it will work, but no luck I still have to power down and up manually to work. After reboot in the morning it works , once return from work it does not and need manual restart to work again. It is little bit weird to me and annoying keep restarting manually everytime but I believe it will be fixed somehow soon. I am reading forums, checking videos from users etc. and because i could not wait for long I also opened case with TP-link so in communication already. But would be good to have communication here as well, more eyes , more solutions to get it work. If it works or not there is still Band 1 set and WCMDA as network type that is what it shows. I have 4G prefered set also, there is low signal 4G where the device is located but it should keep switching seamlessly between 4G and 3G so should not get stuck somewhere and stop working as it is not hardcoded to 4G only or 3G only. By the way only Internet connection does not work on connected devices, but log to the device is successful via PC connected directly and it shows connected mobile within Setting like Mobile phone, tablet etc. . Ping internally works as well, only outside to internet does not work like ping of any website. ...

The version is:
Firmware Version:1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n Hardware Version:Archer MR600 v1 00000001
I have had the MR600 for few weeks, I have it in my office and have now noticed few times that I need to restart the router. Then all works
fine, but seems like it goes to sleep sometimes. I will keep an eye on how often it happens.
