Hello,
i've a problem with my TL-MR6400 4g router.
since a couple of days the sim card is "not found" so the connection status is "disconnected".
the 4g router worked without issue since several months.
i tested the sim card on an other device and it's ok.
i tried to restore the configuration to factory with the same result.
the firmware can't be upgrade because the device is already at the latest V1 version.
I don't know what to do, if you already have the same issue, can you help me?

Hi, what were the original firmware and the firmware you have updated?
And have you tried the other suggestions mentioned above?
By the way, how long have you had the MR6400 v5, and who is your sim card carrier?
