What is the model number of your device?

What is the light status of it? With computer connected to the front-end device/ modem directly, can you get internet?

What is the model number of your device?

For the admin password, login to the web UI and then go to system tools-administration page to change it.

And you can go to wireless-wireless settings/wireless security page to change the password.
